At KSBM, the safety of our team and the people we interact with on a daily basis is paramount. As such, we will continue implementing safety measures in line with COVID-19 prevention guidelines issued by health authorities, including how we interact with our clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Members of our team will continue to work remotely on designated days as we manage the number of persons in office. This arrangement will not impact our ability to continue meeting your needs.
As we seek to minimize physical interaction to manage the risk to all of us, we encourage you to continue utilising telephone and e-mail channels for communicating with us.
Should you choose to visit the office, for everyone’s safety, you will be asked to:
- call first to make an appointment
- wear a face mask
- sanitise your hands prior to entering our general work area
- practise social distancing as much as practicable
- wait outside in the foyer in the unlikely event that our reception area and meeting rooms are occupied
We also ask that if you have possibly been exposed to the virus or are displaying any symptoms that you refrain from visiting the office. In such a case, we will make alternative arrangements to ensure that your request / transaction is completed in a timely manner.
