Ramcharan is a qualified chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He obtained an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Ontario, Canada and is also a CFA charter holder.
Ramcharan has previously worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Trinidad as a senior auditor, Scotiabank in Toronto, Canada, structuring syndicated debt and at CMMB as Head of Risk & Research and as Chief Operating Officer(COO).
As COO he was responsible for Risk Management, Operations, Finance, Information Technology and other support functions. In August 2009 Ramcharan assumed overall responsibility for the operations of CMMB reporting to the Board of Directors, a role he held until December 2009.

Brent is a graduate of The University of New Brunswick, Canada where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Economics and Finance with First Class Honours. He is also a CFA charter holder. Brent has worked as a Risk Analyst on Fixed Income Securities and on local, regional and global equity securities. He assumed the role of General Manager, CMMB Securities and Asset Management Limited in 2007 a position he held until December 2009. Brent was the Lead Portfolio Manager of Pension Funds, corporate accounts and high net worth individuals. Brent is also a Stock Broker on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange and Principal on the Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange.

Bob is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (Bachelor of Arts major Economics). He completed further studies at the New York Institute of Finance and The American Institute of Banking. He was also a registered broker on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
His strong analytical, organizational and investment management skills facilitated appointments in key positions in the New York City banking sector. Stellar performances have marked his banking career history, spanning over twenty (20) years, and fuelled his rise to a leadership position in the financial services industry.
His last position was Vice President for Trading and Corporate Client Services at CMMB. He was responsible for building and managing a bond portfolio in excess of USD one billion (US$1 Billion). He also served as General Manager of CMMB (Barbados) Limited and Country Manager CMMB (Trinidad).

Robert obtained his B.A. (Econ and Math) degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica.
Robert is well known as a veteran in the securities industry having worked for over thirty years in the field of equity trading at certain leading brokerage firms in Trinidad & Tobago as well as a Consultant. He has extensive experience in securities trading, portfolio management and fund management.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director of CMMB, a brokerage firm with TT$8 billion in assets under management.

Mr. Edwards graduated from St. Francis College, Brooklyn, U.S.A. in 1969 with a B.A. in Accounting. During his career he held positions in Auditing with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte Touche) from 1969 to 1972. He was also employed at the New York Stock Exchange in the Department of Regulation and Surveillance from 1972 to 1982.
In 1982 Mr. Edwards was appointed General Manager of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange where he served until his retirement in 2007. During this time he also served as a member of the Development Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and as Chairman of the Harmonization Committee of the Regional Stock Exchanges.
During the period 1990 to 1994 he lectured at the University of the West Indies - School of Continuing Studies in the areas of Accounting, Financial Planning and Financial Management and got involved with the Credit Union movement. He served as Chairman of the Diego Martin Credit Union for three years.
Mr. Edwards currently sits on the Board of Directors of AIC and the T&T Credit Union Deposit Insurance Fund. He is also serves as Chairman of the FNCU Venture Capital Company Limited, a company listed on the Second Tier Market of the Exchange.

Joseph Elias is a past pupil of St Mary's College, Port of Spain. He is the holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Mc Gill University, Canada which he obtained in 1960. Mr. Elias has been engaged in various businesses in Trinidad since 1962 and is a director of several companies including Nagib Elias and Sons Limited and CrewsInn Limited
